Testing is the key technology for equipment storage life extension and it makes assembly level storage life testing the hotspot of research. First,the basic constitution of storage life extension testing is introduced.Then major research contents of assembly level storage life extension testing is proposed,which including life prediction modeling based on competing failure modes,storage life prediction and assembly level accelerated testing.The existing research results are summarized and reviewed.Finally,several new opinions on future researches in this areas are presented.%贮存延寿试验技术是装备贮存延寿的核心技术,整机级装备贮存延寿试验技术已经成为研究热点.概述了贮存延寿试验技术构成,提出基于竞争失效的寿命预测模型构建,贮存寿命预测,整机加速试验是整机级装备贮存延寿试验技术的重要研究内容,并对这3方面研究成果进行了系统的总结和评述,最后对整机级装备贮存延寿试验技术研究进行了展望.
