内爆载荷下储罐薄弱位置处压力的简化计算

         

摘要

The 3 000 m3 dome-roof storage tank was taken as an ex-ample,the stress-strain change law of tensile materials was used to explain the process of strength failure in the weak position of tank under the influence of internal blasting load.The strength fail-ure can be divided into 4 stages as linear elastic stage,yield defor-mation stage,deformation strengthening stage and strength failure stage.According to the Chinese National standard GB 50341-2014,an easy-solving tank geometry model was designed and es-tablished.Based on TNT equivalent method,the shock wave over-pressure value of tank at different height of underlying liquid level was calculated under the internal explosion load.The calculated re-sults showed that when the liquid level is close to 75%of the high-est level,the shock wave overpressure in the weak position of tank reaches the maximum.%以3 000 m3拱顶储罐为研究对象,利用韧性材料拉伸时的应力-应变变化规律解释了内爆载荷作用下,储罐薄弱位置处强度失效的演变分为线弹性阶段、屈服变形阶段、变形强化阶段和强度破坏阶段.依据GB 50341-2014设计并建立易于求解的储罐几何模型,基于TNT当量法计算了内爆载荷下液位处于不同高度的储罐薄弱位置处的冲击波超压值.计算结果表明,储罐内液位高度接近满罐时液位高度的75%时,储罐薄弱位置处产生的冲击波超压值最大.
