不同燃烧环境下铝导线二次短路熔珠金相孔洞特征

         

摘要

进行布料、纸屑、木材三种不同燃烧环境下铝导线的二次短路模拟实验,得到不同的熔珠金相图谱,并利用Image-Pro Plus软件提取了熔痕孔洞的多个参数.分析不同燃烧物、时间、温度与孔洞特征参数和孔洞特征参数之间的相关性.实验结果表明:铝导线二次短路熔痕的孔洞特征与可燃物关系不大;熔断后加热温度的波动性越大,熔痕的孔洞面积比趋向于越小;孔洞特征随机性较大,其中单位面积孔洞数越多,熔痕面积越小,孔洞面积比越小,平均圆度越小,生成孔洞越不规则;孔洞数量越多,越趋向形成不规则小孔.%The aluminum wires secondary short circuit simulation experiment was carried under three different combustion envi ronments of cloth,paper and wood,to get different bead metallographic atlas.And Image-Pro Plus software was utilized to extract multiple parameters of the bead hole.The relevance between different combustion material,time,temperature and bead hole parameters and among the bead hole parameters were analyzed.Experimental results showed that the holes characteristics of the secondary short circuit weld trace of the aluminum wire have little relationship with the fuel;after fusing,the bigger the temperature fluctuation is,the smaller the hole area of the fusion mark;the randomness of the pore characteristics is large,the larger the number of holes per unit area is,the smaller the area of weld trace,the smaller the area ratio of holes,the smaller the average roundness,and the more irregular the formation of holes;more holes tend to form irregular small holes.
