以某大型商业改造项目为例,剖析了性能化设计方法在论证室内步行街消防安全性方面的应用.采用人员疏散软件BuildingEXODUS,分析性能化设计和处方式设计方案下的安全疏散时间,验证性能化设计方案不低于处方式方案的安全水平.考虑火灾情况下人员疏散情况论证目标建筑的安全水平.结果表明,性能化设计方案下的目标建筑可充分保证人员的安全疏散.%Taking a large-scale commercial reconstruction project as example,the application of performance-based design method on demonstrating the fire safety of indoor pedestrian street was ana-lyzed.The safety evacuation time under the performance-based de-sign method and the standardized specification method is analyzed by using the personnel evacuation software BuildingEXODUS, which proves that the security level of performance-based design method is not less than the standardized specification method.On this basis, the evacuation of personnel in fire and further demon-strate the security level of the target building are taken into account. The results show that the target building under the perfor-mance-based design method can fully guarantee the safe evacua-tion of personnel.
