可燃气体及混合物爆炸极限影响特征研究

         

摘要

简述可燃气体爆炸极限的测试装置、测定标准和爆炸现象判定指标,分析爆炸容器形状和容积对爆炸极限测定的影响.重点分析氧浓度对爆炸极限的影响规律,以及初始温度、初始湿度和初始压力对爆炸极限的影响.结果表明:初始条件对可燃气体爆炸上限影响较大;二氟甲烷等在高压状态下存在燃烧向分解转换过程,爆炸上限呈现剧增趋势;一些含氟难燃气体存在相对湿度极限.该研究可为爆炸性气体环境探测预警与防爆设计提供参考依据.%The test apparatus, test methods and explosion phenom-ena criterions of gases explosion limits were briefly introduced.The effect of vessel shape and size on experimental flammability limits of gases was analyzed. The influence of oxygen concentra-tion on explosion limit was focused on. The effects of initial tem-perature, initial humidity and initial test pressure on explosion lim-it were analyzed, too. The results showed that the upper flamma-bility limits are dependent on the initial test condition;the upper ex-plosion limit of HFC-3 begins to increase very rapidly as the pres-sure goes up, because the main reaction mechanism changes from combustion to thermal decomposition in the pressure region; the relative humidity limit of the refrigerant R-410A was described. This investigation is useful in detecting, fire alarm, explosion pre-vention design for explosive gas atmosphere.
