氧化锌/石墨烯复合膜对可燃气体响应的温度依赖性

         

摘要

Graphene nanosheets were synthesized by a chemical vapor deposition method.The zinc oxide layers were deposited on the graphene sheet surface by electrodeposition.The samples were observed by scanning electron microscopy.The gas response properties of graphene, ZnO, and ZnO/graphene composite were also tested.The results showed that the core-shell composite nanosheets were prepared with zinc oxide as shell and graphene sheets as nuclei.The response of ZnO/graphene composite to ethanol is the largest and the most stable, and has a strong dependence on the temperature, and can be normal at high-temperature 300 ℃.%通过化学气相沉积法制备了石墨烯,采用电沉积工艺在石墨烯表面沉积了氧化锌层,获得氧化锌/石墨烯复合膜,利用场发射扫描电子显微镜观察了样品的形貌,测试了石墨烯、氧化锌及氧化锌/石墨烯复合膜气敏元件对乙醇的气敏响应特性.结果表明,所制备的复合膜是氧化锌为壳,石墨烯片为核的核壳状复合纳米片结构;氧化锌/石墨烯复合膜对乙醇的响应信号最大、最稳定,而该元件对乙醇的响应信号对温度具有很强的依赖性,在300 ℃高温下仍可正常使用.
