某大型商业综合体为例,基于性能化防火设计的特点和消防验收面临的难点问题,通过现场火灾热烟试验方法对大型商业综合体室内步行街烟气控制方案和系统的有效性、可靠性进行验证.设置机械排烟、自然排烟两种工况,在中庭部位布置双温自记仪、热电偶、标记灯串、多点风速仪,获得试验期间温度、风速、烟气层高度等数据.分析监测数据与试验现象可知,机械排烟效果优于自然排烟.提出应调整中庭红外对射感烟探测器安装位置、提高四层走道排烟能力等建议.%Taking a large commercial complex as example, based on the features of performance-based fire protection design and the problems of fire control acceptance, the effectiveness and reliability of smoke control project and system of an indoor pedestrian street of a large commercial complex were verified.Based on two scenarios of mechanical smoke exhaust and natural smoke exhaust, the double temperature recorder, thermal couple, lamp bunch for mark and multi point wind speed meter were set to get the data of temperature, wind speed and smoke layer height, etc.during the experiment.By analyzing the monitoring data and experiment appearance, the mechanical smoke exhaust was better than natural smoke exhaust.Suggestions like adjusting the position of infrared smoke sensor in atrium and enhance the smoke exhaust at the fourth floor were put forward.
