以某中央商务区建筑消防设计中疏散宽度不满足规范要求问题为研究对象,提出亚安全区的解决方案,采用“钢化玻璃+窗喷”与“整体曲线防火卷帘”两种形式进行防火分隔.从可燃物控制、灭火控制、防火分隔、防排烟系统等方面分析方案的可行性,并通过数值模拟验证方案的可行性.%Taking the problem of a CBD building fire safety de-sign that the evacuation width can't meet the requirement of standard, solution of quasi security zone was put forward. Two ways of fire separation, which are "tempered glass & window spray" and "the overall curve fire shutter", were adopted. The feasibility of the plan was analyzed in points of combustibles control, fire extinguishing, fire separation, and smoke exhaust-ing system. Mathematical simulation was conducted to verify the plan.
