七氟丙烷气体泡沫灭火技术试验研究

         

摘要

试验研究表明,空气泡沫难以彻底扑灭凝析油、环氧丙烷、正戊烷等低沸点可燃液体储罐火灾,且不能有效控制环氧丙烷等液体储罐火灾.开发了用七氟丙烷灭火剂替代空气发泡的七氟丙烷气体泡沫灭火技术,并对环氧丙烷、正戊烷等低沸点可燃液体进行了试验研究.试验表明,七氟丙烷气体泡沫可快速、有效扑灭该类液体火灾,对上述试验研究进行了归纳总结.%Fire extinguishing tests about gas condensate, propylene oxide and normal pentane indicate that the air foam can not completely extinguish the fire of low boiling point flammable liquid, and can not effectively control the fire of propylene oxide.For this reason, Fire extinguishing technology of heptafluoropropane gas foam was presented , which generates foam by using heptafluoropropane gas to replace air.Test research was conducted on propylene oxide and normal pentane by using heptafluoropropane gas foam.The test results indicate that heptafluoropropane gas foam can rapidly and effectively extinguish the fire of low boiling point flammable iiquid.In this paper the fire extinguishing tests above mentioned were introduced and summarized.
