一种低温供暖自然对流散热器的换热特性及结构的研究

         

摘要

我国的低温热源资源非常丰富,但由于部分低温热源的温度较低,利用率不高,造成了一定的浪费.毛细管自然对流散热器是一种新型的低温供暖末端设备,以毛细管网为换热芯,以自然对流为主要散热方式,可使用不低于30℃的热水采暖,从而对其他类型供暖末端设备难以利用的低品位热源加以循环利用.本文利用数值模拟的方法,分析了毛细管自然对流散热器的散热规律,得出了设备高度、厚度、进风口和送风口尺寸等几个结构因素与设备散热强度的制约关系,并根据关系曲线和数据总结出了最优结构因素的计算公式,为毛细管自然对流散热器的进一步研究和应用提供了依据.为保证结果的可信性,本文还通过相应样机的散热量试验结果和温度场实测数据对模拟结果进行验证,结果表明模拟计算结果正确.%Heat resources with low temperature are very abundant in China.But due to the low temperature,utilization rate of part of low-grade heat resoureces is not high.Capillary natural convector is a new type of low-temperature heating terminal device consisted of a series of capillary tubes as the heat transfer core,and could use the low temperature water above 30℃ to heat,so it could fully utilize the low-grade heat resoureces which are unusable by other heating terminal devices.In this paper,heat trans-fer law and structure of natural convector is analyzed by numerical simulation.It is concluded that relation between structure pa-rameters such as height,thickness,air inlet and air supply outlet size and capacity.And a calculating formula of the optimal structure factors is summarized according to the relation curve and data.The results provide both theoretical and practical basis for the further research and application of new low temperature heating terminal device,and promote the engineering application of this device.This paper also compared the heat transfer capacity and temperature field data with experiment data to validate the simulation results,and the results show that the simulation result is correct.
