PTA Crystallization Vessel requires critical high performance on attached mechanical seal, as it contains plenty of flammable and toxicant materials;the operation temperature and pressure in the vessel are very high ;it uses cantilever structure for the shaft and the mechanical seal supports very high axial and radial loads. Therefore overseas purchasing supported this kind of operation in terms of brand new installations and equipments maintenance in the past years in China market. To ensure the nonstop production and to achieve further cost reduction,we started R&D works in this area for a time. And the testing result is very successful to meet related requirements.
