应用有限元技术,建立全结构的甲醇合成塔管板有限元分析模型,综合考虑管、壳程压力及温度载荷的作用,讨论换热管泊松效应对管板应力强度及换热管轴向应力的影响.分析结果表明:在稳态操作工况下换热管泊松效应对管板应力强度和换热管轴向应力影响较小,而水压试验工况下换热管泊松效应对管板应力强度和换热管轴向应力影响则较大.对于管程或壳程压力较高的换热器,水压试验下管板应力强度评定和换热管轴向应力校核必须考虑换热管泊松效应的影响.%By using of finite element analysis software ANSYS, the whole structure of the tube sheet of the methanol converter has been set up, the effect of the tube, shell side pressure and temperature load has been considered, and finally the influence of Poisson effect on stress intensity of tube sheet and axial stress of tube has been discussed .The result shows that Poisson effect has less impact on stress intensity of tube sheet and axial stress of tube under steady-state operation condition, while Poisson effect has a great influence on stress intensity of tube sheet and axial stress of tube under hydraulic pressure test. In conclusion, the evaluation for stress intensity of tube sheet and the check for axial stress of tube under hydraulic pressure test must consider the influence of Poisson effect for heat exchanger with higher tube side or shell side pressure.
