黄瓜籽总黄酮体外抗氧化作用

         

摘要

To study the antioxidant activity of flavonoids from cucumber seed in vitro, the system of NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH was used to conduct chromogenic reaction. The content of total flavonoids in cucumber seed was determined by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry, taking vitamin C as a control, determined the scavenging ability of total flavonoids from cucumber seed on 1,1-diphenyl 2-trinitrohydrazine free radical, superoxide anion radical, hydroxyl radical and the total reduction capacity in vitro.The results showed that, within the concentration range determined by 0-1.0 mg/mL, the flavonoids of cucumber seed could effectively scavenge the 1,1-diphenyl 2-trinitrohydrazine free radical, superoxide anion radical and hydroxyl radical. And also with the increase of flavonoids concentration in cucumber seed the total reducing ability would gradually increase. Flavonoids from cucumber seed had obvious antioxidant activity in vitro, but their antioxidant activity was less than that of positive control VC.%研究黄瓜籽黄酮类物质的体外抗氧化作用.采用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH体系进行显色反应,通过紫外可见分光光度法测定黄瓜籽中总黄酮的含量,以抗坏血酸为对照,测定黄瓜籽总黄酮对1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基、超氧阴离子自由基、羟自由基清除能力和体外总还原能力.结果表明,在0~1.0 mg/mL测定的浓度范围内,黄瓜籽黄酮能够有效清除1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基、超氧阴离子自由基、羟自由基,并随着黄瓜籽黄酮浓度的增加总还原能力逐渐加强.黄瓜籽黄酮有明显的体外抗氧化能力,但其抗氧化活性小于阳性对照VC.
