水产品中甲基睾酮残留物检测方法对比研究

         

摘要

对水产品中甲基睾酮残留物的两种检测方法进行对比研究,就两种检测方法的线性、检出限、精密度、回收率、适用性等方面进行对比试验.结果表明:方法1在0.050μg/mL~1.000μg/mL浓度范围内,线性关系良好,检出限为10μg/kg,精密度为3.5%,平均回收率高于70.0%,相对标准偏差不超过9.1%;方法2在0.025μg/mL~2.500μg/mL浓度范围内,线性关系良好,检出限为5μg/kg,精密度达到1.6%,平均回收率高于81.2%,相对标准偏差不超过5.5%.方法2检测信号干扰较少,检出限更低,精密度和回收率更优,结果相对更准确,适合快速测定水产品中甲基睾酮的含量.%Two methods for detecting methyltestosterone residues in aquatic products had carried on the comparative study, compared on linear, detection limit, precision, recovery, serviceability etc in the compared test of two detection methods. The results showed:method 1 showed a good linear correlation under the content of 0.050 μg/mL-1.000 μg/mL. The detection limit of method 1 was 10 μg/kg, the precision was 3.5 %, the average recovery rate was not less than 70.0%, RSD was not greater than 9.1%. Method 2 showed a good linear correlation under the content of 0.025μg/mL-2.500μg/mL. The detection limit of method 2 was 5μg/kg, the precision was 1.6%, the average recovery rate was not less than 81.2%, RSD was not greater than 5.5 %. Method 2 had less detection interference, lower detection limit, better precision and recovery rate, and the result was relatively accurate. Method 2 was suitable for rapid determination of methyltestosterone in aquatic products.
