In this study, a sport drink based on the Gynostemma pentaphyllum polysaccharide had been developed. By mouse sports experiment and the athlete volunteer sports experiment, that had proved that the effect of activating the immune state and improved the human immune level of sports drinks. The Gynostemma pentaphyllum polysaccharides sport drink had obvious application value, it was worth vigorously developed and widely promoted.
