大豆肽运动补剂的研发及其促肌肉增长作用分析

         

摘要

Soy peptides were prepared by deep processing of soybean protein, and soybean peptides as raw ma-terials combined with fruit juice to develop a solid drink sports supplements, the sport supplements had excel-lent sensory experience, rich nutritional composition and quick solubility, and select bodybuilders and fitness for 6 months gain muscle experiments, the experimental group of bodybuilders and fitness were significantly in-creased muscle mass and body fat reduction than control group, and the soy peptide sport supplement had suffi-cient security.%采用大豆蛋白进行深度加工制备成大豆肽,并以大豆肽为原料结合复合果汁开发出一种固体饮料运动补剂,该运动补剂具有优秀的感官体验、丰富营养组成和快速溶解性,并选择健美爱好者和健身爱好者进行6个月的增肌实验,来自健美爱好者和健身爱好者的实验组人员均较对照组人员出现显著的肌肉重量增加和体脂减少,并具有足够的安全性.
