红枣干燥过程介电特性与干燥工艺试验分析

         

摘要

以南疆骏枣为研究对象,通过红枣介电特性参数的变化来检测其品质,研究红枣样品在3个干燥温度(55、60、65℃)处于表面压力值为0.01 N左右和射电频率为10 kHz下的介电特性参数变化规律,引入电感LQ、电容CD、电阻RQ、复阻抗ZQ和复阻抗ZD这5个介电特性参数作为红枣品质检测的评价指标.分析红枣的干燥温度和干燥时间与介电特性参数的变化关系,论证并指出红枣的干燥温度和干燥时间对其品质的影响,最后得出适合快速在线检测红枣品质的最佳干燥工艺为:干燥温度60℃和红枣介电特性参数的复阻抗ZQ值.进一步探讨在红枣干燥过程温度为60℃下其初重对介电特性复阻抗(ZQ)值的影响,得出红枣初重值越大其特性复阻抗(ZQ)值变化越趋于稳定.该研究可为红枣产业无损检测技术发展提供理论依据,为红枣干燥工艺优化、生产与示范提供理论参考价值.%By taking jun-jujube in south Xinjiang as the research object, the quality of the jun-jujube was de-tected by the parameter variations of its dielectric properties. The parameter variation of jujube samples dielec-tric properties was analyzed at different temperatures (55, 60, 65℃) when radio frequency was 10 kHz and surface pressure value was about 0.01 N, and five dielectric properties parameters that included inductance LQ, capacitance CD, resistance RQ, complex impedance ZQ and complex impedance ZD were introduced as evaluation index of detecting jujube quality. By analyzing the change relation between dielectric properties parameters and drying temperature, drying time of jujube, the paper proved that the effect of drying temperature and drying time on its quality ,and obtained the optimal drying technology parameters that were suitable for on-line rapid detection of the jujube quality were as follows:drying temperature was 60℃, complex impedance was ZQ. Fur-thermore, the effect of jujube initial weight on complex impedance ZQ was explored when the drying temperature was 60℃, and the conclusion was that the bigger initial weight was, the more stable the complex impedance ZQ was. This research would provide theoretical basis for the development of nondestructive testing technology on jujube industry and reference value for the industrial development.
