金银花不同提取物抗氧化活性的研究

         

摘要

The antioxidant bioactivity of different extracts of the flower buds of Lonicera japonica was studied preliminarily in this paper. After extraction by petroleum ether, 100%ethanol, 95%ethanol, 90%ethanol, 80%ethanol, 70%ethanol, 60%ethanol and 50%ethanol was used to extract the flower buds of Lonicera japonica. The ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry was applied to test the contents of chlorogeinc acid , total flavonoids and total polyphenols. To compare the antioxidant bioactivity of different extracts of the flower buds of Lonicera japonica,·OH and DPPH·free radical scavenging ability were measured as well. The results showed that 95%ethanol extract had highest content of chlorogeinc acid , total flavonoids and total polyphenols , that was 123.99 mg/g, 242.62 mg/g and 48.76 mg/g;95%ethanol extract had the strongest·OH and DPPH·radical scavenging ability with scavenging ratio of 90.69%and 65.64%. Thus , ·OH and DPPH· scavenging capacity presented probably positive relatively with concentration of chlorogeinc acid , total flavonoids and total polyphenols.%初步研究金银花不同提取物的抗氧化活性。将金银花药材用石油醚脱脂后,分别用无水乙醇、95%乙醇、90%乙醇、80%乙醇、70%乙醇、60%乙醇和50%乙醇提取,采用紫外-可见分光光度法对不同溶剂提取物的绿原酸、总黄酮和总酚含量进行分析,并测试各提取物对羟基自由基(·OH)和二苯代苦味酰基自由基(DPPH·)的清除作用以对其抗氧化活性进行比较。结果表明:金银花95%乙醇提取物绿原酸、总黄酮和总酚含量最高,分别为123.99、242.62和48.76 mg/g;95%乙醇提取物清除·OH和DPPH·能力也最强,清除率分别为90.69%和65.64%。可见,金银花清除·OH和DPPH·自由基的能力与绿原酸、黄酮和多酚的含量具有一定的相关性。
