A method for Determination of Pb,Cd,Cr,Cu,Fe,Zn and Mn in mesona chinensis benth and its processed product by Microwave digestion-Atomic absorption spectroscopy was developed. The Trace elements content in mesona chinensis benth and its processed product of lead, cadmium, chromium were detected by microwave digestion-AA Furance and the copper, iron, zinc, manganese were detected by microwave digestion-flame. The results showed that ,the correlation coefficient of standard curve of the 7 elements were greater than 0.998, the recoveries were ranged from 85.9%to 110%, RSD were less 5%.The methed had the advantages of simple, accurate,and low cost, wich can be used to detect the content of Pb,Cd,Cr,Cu,Fe,Zn and Mn in mesona chinensis benth and its processed product.%建立微波消解-原子吸收光谱法测定仙草及其产品中铅、镉、铬、铜、铁、锌、锰7种微量元素的含量。样品经微波消解,无火焰法测定铅、镉、铬元素、火焰法测定铜、铁、锌、锰元素含量。所测元素标准曲线相关系数均≥0.998,回收率在85.9%~110.0%间,RSD均<5%。本研究建立的方法简便、准确、成本低廉,可用于仙草及其产品中铅、镉等7种元素含量的检测。
