采用微波辅助方法来提高双孢菇中多糖的提取率。通过单因素试验和正交试验分别对微波强度、微波作用时间、料液比及浸提时间4个因素进行了分析。优化得到微波辅助提取双孢菇中的多糖的最佳工艺条件为:微波强度640 W,微波处理时间4 min,料液比1∶30(g/mL),浸提时间2 h,该工艺条件下双孢菇多糖的提取率达到4.11%。%The microwave -assisted extraction technology was used to increase the extraction ratio of polysaccharides from Agaricus bisporus.Single factor tests and orthogonal test were adopted to ananlyze the effect of each factor including microwave power, microwave action time, solid-liquid ratio and extraction time. The results indicated that the optimum conditions of extraction are as follows: microwave power 640 W, microwave action time 4 min, solid-liquid ratio 1 ∶ 30 and extraction time 2 h. Under the technological conditions, the extraction rate of Agaricus bisporus polysaccharides was up to 4.11%.
