选取5种型号的大孔树脂D900、DM-301、ADS-17、S-8、D101对广西六堡茶中的茶褐素进行纯化，通过对影响大孔树脂的因素：茶褐素溶液浓度、溶液pH、洗脱剂、洗脱剂浓度以及上样流速和洗脱流速进行试验，找出了溶液浓度0.1 mg/mL，pH为5时，吸附效果较好，且50%乙醇为洗脱剂时的解析效果较好，动态试验中确定了上样流速为1 mL/min，洗脱流速为4 mL/min。%In this paper, five types macroporous resin D900, DM-301, ADS-17, S-8, D101 were selected to purify the theabrownin which extracted from GuangXi LiuBao Tea. The effects of Theabrownin solution concen-tration, pH value of solution, eluant type,eluant concentration, Sample velocity and eluent velocity were in-vestigated. The results showed that when the solution concentration is 0.1 mg/mL and the value of pH was 5, the adsorption effect was the best. Besides, used 50%ethanol as the eluant can reach the best elution effect. Also, through the dynamic experiment the optimal extraction conditions were determined as follows:the sample ve-locity 1 mL/min, eluent velocity 4 mL/min.
