海藻多肽对运动员运动耐力的影响

         

摘要

为了研究海藻多肽对运动员耐力水平的影响研究,我们选取40名长跑运动员作为实验对象进行实验,实验组运动员连续服用海藻多肽运动补剂3个月后我们进行运动耐力测试,并检验运动员能量消耗程度和血液样本指标。结果表明:通过跑台耐力测试,观察组运动员运动耐力整体较对照组运动员显著提高(P<0.05);通过分析两组运动员的能量消耗差距,证明实验组运动能量利用程度显著高于对照组运动员(P<0.05);通过血液样本分析,证明实验组运动员血红细胞和免疫相关细胞含量较对照组运动员有显著提高(P<0.05);分析血液指标,证明实验组运动员血液皮质醇和免疫相关因子表达水平均明显提高(P<0.05)。所有的研究对象在训练和测试过程中均未发生任何不良反应,证明海藻多肽具有明显的提高运动耐力的功能,并具有一定的安全性。%In order to research the effects of seaweed polypeptide on endurance level of athlete,40 long-dis-tance runners were selected as experimental subjects. The experimntal group athletes were taked seaweed polypeptide sports supplements for 3 moths, after which the endurane test and energy consumption level and blood samples of atheles were taked. The results showed that:the observation group athletes in endurance ath-letes as a whole compared with the control group significantly increased (P<0.05);by analyzing the energy consumption of the gap between the two groups of athletes to prove the extent of use of the kinetic energy of the experimental group was significantly higher than athletes (P<0.05);through the blood sample to prove the ex-perimental group athletes of red blood cells and immune-related cells contents than the control group athletes improved significantly (P<0.05);further analysis of blood indicators prove the experimental group athletes blood cortisol and immune-related cytokine expression levels were significantly increased (P<0.05). All sub-jects did not occur any adverse reactions in the training and testing process to prove seaweed polypeptide had significantly improved exercise tolerance functions, and had some security.
