建立气相色谱法测定红葡萄酒中百菌清等8种农药残留检测方法.此方法采用乙腈二次提取红葡萄酒中的8种农药残留,利用气相色谱作为检测手段,ECD检测器进行定性定量分析.研究表明:红葡萄酒中百菌清等8种农药残留检测重复性试验相对标准偏差为2.95%~5.51%,定量限为0.001 mg/kg~0.01 mg/kg,检出限为0.0003 mg/kg~0.003 mg/kg.8种农药在0.05 mg/L~2.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,r值均大于0.990.%An analytical method for determination of chlorothalonil and eight other residues in red wine using gas chromatography with electron capture detector(GC ECD) was developed.The samples were second extract-ed with acetonitrile,and detected by gas chromatography with ECD as detector.The result showed that the rela-tive standard deviations of eight pesticide residues content was 2.95%-5.51%under this method for determi-nation.The limits of quantification were 0.001 mg/kg-0.01 mg/kg and the limits of detection were 0.0003 mg/kg-0.003 mg/kg eight pesticides had a good linearity was obtained from range 0.05 mg/L to 2.0 mg/L and the r val-ues were greater than 0.990.
