This paper mainly studiedthe effect of Patrinia Villosaon extract of the different concentrations (0, 20, 40, 60, 80 mg/L) on cherry preservation. The results showed that compared with the control group, the treatment group can significantly slow down the changing speed during storage of rotten fruit rate, total acid, soluble solidsand,VC, water loss rate and sensory evaluation, especially the best preservation effect is the group treated with 60 mg/L. The research showed that , Patrinia Villosaon extract of the certain t concentration can significantly reduce the spoilage, prolong the preservation period of cherry.%主要研究不同质量浓度(0、20、40、60、80 mg/L)的苦菜提取液对樱桃的保鲜效果。结果显示:与对照组相比,处理组可以明显的减缓樱桃在贮藏过程中的烂果率、总酸、可溶性固形物、VC、失水率和感官评价等指标的变化速度,尤以60 mg/L的处理组保鲜效果最好。研究表明,一定质量浓度的苦菜提取液能显著的减少樱桃的腐败,延长樱桃的保鲜期。
