本实验以香烟过滤嘴作为主要填料，采用固相萃取法，结合气相色谱-质谱（GC-MS）仪分析食用油中17种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂。该方法的检出限为9.2μg/L～21.2μg/L，平均回收率为79.11%～105.03%，相对标准偏差为3.9%～12.23%，与传统前处理方法凝胶渗透色谱（GPC）相比，此方法操作简便，检测成本低。%A method was developed for the determination of 17 phthalates in oil by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry coupled with solid phase extraction using cigarette filter as sorbent. The limits of detection were in the range of 9.2μg/L-21.2μg/L, the average recoveries were in the range of 79.11%-105.03%with RSDs ranging 3.9%-12.23 %. The results indicated that the proposed method was simple , cost-effective compare with the tradition GPC pretreatment method.
