香烟过滤嘴富集GC-MS检测食用油中邻苯二甲酸酯

         

摘要

本实验以香烟过滤嘴作为主要填料,采用固相萃取法,结合气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)仪分析食用油中17种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂。该方法的检出限为9.2μg/L~21.2μg/L,平均回收率为79.11%~105.03%,相对标准偏差为3.9%~12.23%,与传统前处理方法凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)相比,此方法操作简便,检测成本低。%A method was developed for the determination of 17 phthalates in oil by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry coupled with solid phase extraction using cigarette filter as sorbent. The limits of detection were in the range of 9.2μg/L-21.2μg/L, the average recoveries were in the range of 79.11%-105.03%with RSDs ranging 3.9%-12.23 %. The results indicated that the proposed method was simple , cost-effective compare with the tradition GPC pretreatment method.
