To further the development and utilization rutin from sophara japonica , rutin crude extract was obtained using alkaline acid sinking method. Scavenging activities of rutin from sophara japonica on Fe 3+reducing power,·OH, O2-·and ABTS radicals using Prussian blue, Salicylic acid, Fenton reaction and ABTS methods were investigated. The results showed that, compared with VC, rutin from sophara japonica had stronger scavenging ability on Fe3+ reducing power and ·OH radicals, also it had weaker effects on O2-·and ABTS radicals at 0.2 mg/mL-1.0 mg/mL concentrations.%为了进一步开发利用来自槐米中的芦丁,采用碱提酸沉法获得芦丁粗提物,并通过普鲁士蓝法、水杨酸法、邻苯三酚法和ABTS法分别探讨了槐米中芦丁提取物对Fe3+的还原能力,以及对·OH、O2-·和ABTS自由基的清除能力。结果表明:与VC相比,槐米中芦丁提取物在质量浓度为0.2 mg/mL~1.0 mg/mL时的还原能力和对·OH自由基的清除能力较强;对O2-·和ABTS自由基的清除能力较弱。
