摘要:To study toxic effects of Chinese herbal compound new Kunjing suppository on mouse and mice , two methods about acute toxicity experiment were established .One is mouse vaginal administration , and the other is mice ig administration .The continuous obser-vation was performed for 14 days after drug administration .Long-term toxicity experiment took mouse vaginal drug delivery which lasted 12 weeks as model , then testing their related indicators of growth , haematology and blood biochemistry .The results of acute toxicity ex-periment showed that there was little difference between drug administration groups and blank group of their weight , appearance and organ tissue .Compared with blank group , the results of long-term toxicity experiment were as followed .The organ indexes of new Kunjing sup-pository medium dosage group and matrix group showed significant differences;hemogram in-dexes HGB and RBC of positive group showed significant differences; biochemical indexes GLU, AKP, BUN of positive group , CHO of low dosage group , AKP and BUN of matrix group both showed significant differences , other indicators showed no significant differences . Compared with positive group , HGB, RBC, GLU and AKP of each dosage of new Kunjing suppository showed significant differences .No obvious anomalies of the main organs of drug administration mouse were bserved by visual inspection .According to pathological biopsy , some individual animal tissue lesions belong to spontaneous lesions .New Kunjing suppository showed little toxicity to mouse vaginal drug delivery and mice gastric drug delivery , and pre-liminary indicated that new Kunjing suppository was safe .%为研究中药复方药新型坤净栓对小鼠和大鼠的毒性作用,采用大鼠阴道给药和小鼠ig给药两种方法,给药后连续观察14 d;长期毒性研究连续大鼠阴道给药12周及停药后2周,检测大鼠的生长发育、血液学及血液生化学等方面各项相关指标。急性毒性试验结果和对照组比较,新型坤净栓对大鼠和小鼠的体重、外观、器官组织均没有影响;长期毒性试验结果与空白对照组比较,大鼠脏器系数中新型坤净栓中剂量组和基质组有显著性差异,大鼠血象指标中阳性组的血红蛋白和红细胞计数有显著性差异,大鼠生化指标中阳性组的GLU、AKP、BUN,低剂量组CHO,基质组AKP、BUN均有显著性差异,其他指标均无显著性差异;与阳性对照组比较,新型坤净栓各组的血红蛋白和红细胞计数, GLU和AKP等存在显著性差异;肉眼观察给药组大鼠主要脏器未见明显异常,病理切片检查所观察到的个别动物组织病变均属于动物的自发病变。新型坤净栓对小鼠ig给药及大鼠阴道给药均未见明显毒性,初步表明新型坤净栓较安全。

摘要:At present epidemiological studies found that phytoestrogen plays an important role in the prevention and the occurrence of cancer , and inhibit the growth and proliferation of tumor cells, including mammary cancer, prostate cancer, endometrial carcinoma, ovarian cancer , colon carcinoma , leukemia , and hepatic carcinoma and gastric cancer .In vivo es-trogen secretion disorder or estrogen receptor metabolism disorders often can induce a variety of related diseases or accelerate the process of disease , long-term intake of phytoestrogens may have on endometrial , breast , and negative effects on the male reproductive system .The pharmacological effects of phytoestrogens will still need to examine , on the adverse reaction mechanisms need to be further explored .This paper described the pharmacological effects and mechanism of action of phytoestrogen studies .%目前流行病学研究发现,植物雌激素在疾病的预防和治疗方面发挥重要作用,对心血管疾病、围绝经期综合症、乳腺癌、子宫内膜癌、结肠癌等肿瘤具有预防和抑制作用。体内雌激素分泌紊乱或雌激素受体代谢失常可诱发多种相关疾病或加速疾病进程,长期摄入植物雌激素可能对子宫内膜、乳腺以及男性生殖系统产生不良影响。所以植物雌激素的药理学作用仍需要进行研究,对其不良反应作用机制等需要进一步探讨。介绍了有关植物雌激素的药理学作用及其作用机制的研究。
摘要:采用“一测多评”法测定茜草中3种成分的百分含量.流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸水(43∶57)流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长为250 nm.以大叶茜草素为内标物,测定与茜草素、羟基茜草素的相对较正因子.计算茜草中3种成分的含量,并比较“一测多评”法的计算值与外标法实测值的相似度.“一测多评”法和外标法测得的茜草素、羟基茜草素的含量相似度均为0.99,“一测多评”法和外标法的实测值间无显著性差异.建立的“一测多评”法适用于茜草中3种有效成分的含量测定,相对校正因子可信.%To establish quantitative analysis of multi -components with a single -marker ( QAMS) for determining contents of three active ingredients from Radix Rubiae .Contents of three active ingredients in Radix Rubiae were determined by HPLC .It was used with aceto-nitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid solution (43∶57) as the mobile phase , the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was set at 250 nm.With Rubimaillin as a internal stand-ard, relative correlation factors (RCF) of Purpurin, Alizarin to Rubimaillin were calculated, contents of these three ingredients were determined by the external standard method and QAMS, respectively.Results indicated that these two methods did not show significant differ-ence in assay results of contents of these three ingredients with similarity of 0.99.QAMS could be used for quality control of Radix Rubiae .
摘要:Using the thigh meat of wild duck as materials , effects of five different crafts ( nor-mal marination , tumbling marination under atmospheric pressure , tumbling marination under compression , tumbling marination under vacuum , marination under pressure -transform) on the quality of thigh meat of wild duck were researched .The results indicated that tumbling marination under compression changed the color of thigh meat of wild duck significantly . Tumbling crafts improved the production rate of marination and reduced the rate of cooking lose .Tumbling marination under compression obtained the highest production rate of marina-tion, tumbling marination under vacuum of obtained the lowest rates of cooking lose , and tumbling marination under compression and vacuum obtained the same rate of final produc-tion.The sensory evaluations of different marination crafts were almost same .Tumbling mari-nation under compression ob1tained the maximum sensory evaluation at 8 hours, that reduced the time of marination effectively , reduced 75%compared to normal marination .%以野鸭腿肉为原料,对其分别进行常规腌制、常压滚揉腌制、加压滚揉腌制、真空滚揉腌制以及呼吸滚揉腌制五种方式进行处理,对比研究五种腌制工艺对野鸭腿肉品质的影响。结果表明,加压滚揉腌制对野鸭腿肉肉色改变最为明显。不同滚揉工艺处理的野鸭腿肉腌制出品率均明显高于常规腌制的腌制出品率,而蒸煮损失率明显低于常规腌制。加压滚揉的野鸭腿肉腌制出品率最高,真空滚揉的野鸭腿肉蒸煮损失率最小,加压滚揉和真空滚揉的最终产品得率基本相同。不同腌制处理的野鸭腿肉最终产品感官评定值基本相同,加压滚揉腌制8h产品感官评定值达到最大,可有效缩短野鸭腿肉的腌制时间,比常规腌制可缩短时间75%。

摘要:航路容量的影响因素复杂、交错,现有航路容量模型为了简化复杂度,考虑的影响因素比较单一,和实际情况距离较远,实用性较低。在分析现有航路容量模型并总结其特点的基础上,研究主航路与交叉航路交通流的相互关系,分析各交通流对航路容量的影响机理,建立考虑交叉航路影响的航路容量模型;通过A593航路进行实例计算,对该模型进行了应用性分析。%The influence factors affecting the en -route capacity are complex and associated . 摘要:To study the influence of diosmin which is one active component abstracted from-Galium verum L .on blood rheology abnormality and the effect of resisting phlebothrombosis of rats’ models, deligation of inferior vena cavawas applied to make rats ’ models of phlebo-thrombosis of lower extremity .A study was performed onthe influence that how diosmin amel-iorated the hemorheology by assaying the indexes of blood rheology including whole blood vis -cosity,blood plasma viscosity , hematocrit, blood sedimentation ,index of red blood cell de-formation and index of erythrocyte aggregation .In the meantime,made an observation of the changes of inferior vena cave histology under a transmission electron microscope .Results in-dicated that compared with the model group ,diosmin could improve the indexes of hemorheo-logy obviously .It also could protect the endothelial cell functions of inferior vena cava .Dios-min can improve the abnormality of hemorheology ,and further ,it processes the property of re-sisting phlebothrombosis .%为研究蓬子菜活性成分香叶木苷改善血液流变学异常和抗静脉血栓作用,通过结扎大鼠下腔静脉造成下肢静脉血栓模型,通过检测血液流变学指标,以及观察下腔静脉在透射电镜下的组织学变化,考察香叶木苷对血栓大鼠血液流变学和内皮功能的影响。结果表明,与模型组相比,蓬子菜中香叶木苷能明显改善血栓大鼠血液流变学指标,并可有效改善下腔静脉内皮细胞功能。蓬子菜活性成分香叶木苷具有改善血液流变学异常和抗静脉血栓形成的作用。
摘要:为优选厚朴七物汤水提取工艺,采用正交试验法设计水提取工艺,以出膏率、含浸出物百分量和厚朴酚与和厚朴酚,及含大黄总蒽醌量为测定指标,考察加水量,提取次数和回流时间三个因素参数,确定最佳提取工艺条件.结果表明,厚朴七物汤最佳提取工艺为回流提取3次,第一次加水10倍量提取1.5 h,第二次加水8倍量提取1.0 h,第三次加水6倍量提取0.5 h.厚朴七物汤的水提取工艺简便易行,效率高,稳定可行.%To study the optimal extraction process of Houpu Qiwu decoction , the orthogonal experiment was used .The optimal extraction process was determined with the rate of extrac-tion, the percentage composition of extractive and the content of magnolol , honokil and total anthraquinone in radix et rhizoma rhei as the index .Results indicated that the optimal ex-traction of Houpu Qiwu decoction was reflux extraction 3 times, the first time of 1.5 h with 10 times water;the second time of 1 h with 8 times water, and the third time of 0.5 h with 6 times water.The optimal extraction technology was easy , high efficiency and stable .
摘要:建立HPLC法测定5-氨基酮戊酸(5-ALA)盐酸盐粗品中的杂质百分含量.使用带有DAD检测器的安捷伦高效液相色谱仪进行检测,色谱柱为岛津Inertsil ODS-SP 色谱柱(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm);流动相为离子对溶液(辛烷磺酸钠2.16 g、磷酸二氢钠3.12 g,加水配成1000 mL溶液,磷酸调节pH值为3.65)-乙腈(82∶18);柱温30℃;流速1 mL/min;波长205 nm;线性范围0.2~1.0 mg/mL之间,R2=0.9992,回收率为104%,RSD为0.96%,方法能将主峰与杂质峰有效分离,可作为5-ALA盐酸盐杂质百分含量分析方法.%A HPLC method to analyze the impurities of crude 5-aminolevulinic acid ( 5-ALA) samples was established .HPLC analysis was performed with Agilent liquid chromato-graph equipped with DAD detector .An Inertsil ODS-SP analytical column (4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm) was used to separate the samples .The mobile phase was the mixture of acetoni-trile and ion pair solution (18∶82).Sodium octane sulfonate of 2.16 g and monosodium phosphate of 3.12 g were dissolved into 1 000 mL water, and then the pH value of solution was regulated to 3.65 to be used as ion pair solution .The detection wavelength was 205 nm and the column temperature was kept at 30℃.The linear relationship was between 0 .2 and 1.0 mg/mL (R2 =0.999 2).The average recoveries of 5 -ALA was 104% (RSD=0. 96%) .The protocol was able to separate all the compositions of crude 5-ALA, monitoring the purity of 5-ALA.
摘要:Aeration pressure has a positive impact on the performance of activated sludge process .This paper investigated the performance of nitrification , denitrification and biologi-cal phosphorus removal process in an activated sludge system for treating domestic wastewater under different aeration pressures .The enhancing effect on nutrients removal efficiency was illustrated under high aeration pressure .Results showed that an optimal performance was a-chieved when the aeration pressure ranged from 0.5 to 0.7 MPa under the constant aeration pressure operation with the operational time of 3 h.Effluent COD was below 100 mg/L ( re-moval efficiency exceeded 80%).Ammonium nitrogen was less than 15mg/L in effluent ( removal efficiency maintained at 60%) .Effluent TP was kept at 0 .5 mg/L with the remov-al efficiency of 95%.When the internal time of aeration pressure change was 20 min ( total operation time was about 140 min ) , an obvious nutrients removal trend emerged under the varying aeration pressure operation .Effluent COD was kept at 100 mg/L ( removal efficiency exceeded 60%) .Ammonium nitrogen was less than 20 mg/L in effluent ( removal efficiency was about 50%).Effluent TP was less than 0.5 mg/L with the removal efficiency of 95%.%曝气压力对活性污泥工艺的运行效能具有较大影响,通过改变曝气压力,考察了活性污泥系统中硝化反硝化、生物除磷等过程的性能变化,论述了曝气压力变化对活性污泥脱氮除磷的强化效果.试验结果表明,恒定高压力曝气和高压变压力曝气均可强化活性污泥对水中污染物的高效快速降解效能.恒定曝气压力下,在0.5~0.7 MPa左右时,污染物的去除效果最优,COD在3 h内降解至100 mg/L以下,去除率大于80%,出水氨氮在15 mg/L以下,去除率在60%以上,出水TP在0.5 mg/L以下,去除率约为95%.高压变曝气压力下,当压力变化间隔为20 min,即总运行时长为140 min时,污染物下降趋势最明显,出水COD约为100 mg/L左右,去除率大于60%,出水氨氮约20 mg/L左右,去除率约为50%,TP低于0.5mg/L,去除率高于95%.
摘要:The different Sr doping La1 -xSrxFeO3 powders (x=0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1. 0) were prepared by sol -gel method with citric acid as complexing agent .The effect citric acid content , solution pH value , water bath temperature on sol and gel quality of La 1 -x Sr x FeO3 precursor were studied .Meanwhile , the influence of Sr doping amount , calcination temperature , calcination time on photodegradation methylene blue aqueous under irradiation were investigated .The optimized preparation conditions of La 1 -x Srx FeO3 precursor are citric acid and metal ion molar ratio of 2∶1 , the acidic pH solution , and water bath temperature of 50 ℃.The photodegradation rate of La 1-xSrxFeO3 powders was up to 85.8%when Sr doping content was 0.2 calcination temperature was 700 ℃, and calcination time was 2 h.%以柠檬酸为络合剂,采用溶胶凝胶法合成了不同Sr掺杂量的LaFeO3粉体,即La1-xSrxFeO3(x=0、0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8、1.0)复合氧化物.研究了柠檬酸使用量、溶液的pH值、水浴温度等参数对La1-xSrxFeO3前驱体的溶胶及凝胶质量的影响.同时,以亚甲基蓝水溶液作为目标降解物,研究了Sr的掺杂量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间等因素对La1-xSrxFeO3光催化性能的影响.结果表明,La1-xSrxFeO3前驱体的最佳制备条件为:柠檬酸与金属离子的物质的量比为2∶1、溶液的pH为酸性,水浴温度50℃;且当Sr掺杂量为0.4(摩尔分数)、焙烧温度700℃、焙烧时间2 h条件下制备的粉体具有较好的光催化性能,其降解率高达85.8%.
摘要:在中国北方城市一住宅内设置了太阳能热泵地板供暖装置,测试了系统的冬季运行情况,结果显示系统满足该用户的冬季供暖要求。并基于有限时间热力学理论和集热器热损失模型,建立了太阳能热泵地板供暖系统的热力学模型,并对该系统进行了热经济分析。研究在给定供热率和初投资的条件下,以系统的供热系数作为热经济性目标函数,得出了在目标函数取最大时系统最佳的运行性能系数和设计参数。同时还研究了初投资对系统运行以及设计参数的影响,得出了对应给定供热率系统的最佳初投资及其相应的设计参数。%A source solar heat pump and floor heating device is set in a residential room to test the performance of the system in winter in northern city of China .The results showed the system well meet the winter heating requirements of the user .In this paper,a mathematical model of a solar source heat pump and floor heating system was established and the thermo -economic performance of the system was carried out based on finite -time thermodynamics . Under the given heating load and the first investment condition , the thermo-economic ob-jective function for this system was obtained .The optimal coefficient of heating performance and design parameters for maximized objective function were also obtained .The influence of the first investment for coefficient of heating performance and design parameters was investi-gated, and the optimal first investment and corresponding design parameters for a given heat-ing load were obtained .
摘要:通过极值理论和Copula族函数对2011~2016年伦敦黄金现货价格和我国创业板股票指数历史收益率的相依结构进行研究。结果显示,我国创业板指数与国际黄金现货收益率之间的线性相关程度不显著,但是非线性相关系数在上尾部为负值,在收益率的中间区域相关性逐渐增大,在下尾部相关性强度逐渐缩小,并最终呈微弱的正相关。因此可以判断随着我国创业板指数不断下跌,伦敦黄金作为避险工具的效果会先增强,后减弱。%The functions of copula family and extreme value theory were used to study on the interaction of international gold and GEM index of China , depending on historical data from 2011 to 2016 .The results showed that there was an insignificant negatively liner correlation between golden cash price of London and GEM index of our country .But the nonlinear corre-lation displayed the minus value at upper tail , and strengthened gradually at the central rate of return.Then, the correlation coefficient began to weaken , ending up with subtly positive value at low tail .Finally, it could be concluded that the hedging function of London gold firstly rose up and then moved down , coupled with the continuous fall of GEM index market in China .
摘要:采用四种方法提取黑鸡枞菌中的多糖,从而优选出最佳方法.通过对未粉碎、普通粉碎、超微粉碎、超微粉碎联合超声法四种不同提取工艺进行对比研究,确定超微粉碎联合超声法对黑鸡枞菌多糖的提取率具有显著地提高作用.结果表明,超微粉碎得到200目黑鸡枞菌超微粉末,超声提取2 h,提取功率600 W,提取物进一步纯化得到提取率为14.43%的精制黑鸡枞菌多糖.超微粉碎联合超声法是提取黑鸡枞菌中多糖的理想方法.%Black Termitomyces albuminosus polysaccharide was extracted by the best method of four methods .Four different extraction processes were compared including not crushed ,or-dinary grinding , ultrafine grinding ,superfine grinding method combined with ultrasound .The ultramicro pulverization method combined with ultrasound could significantly improve the effect on black Termitomyces albuminosus polysaccharide extraction rate .Results indicated that Ultramicro smashing could get 200 mesh black Termitomyces albuminosus ultrafine pow-der,ultrasonic extraction 2 h,extraction power 600 W.The extraction was further purified ex-traction rate of polysaccharides to 14 .43%of refined black Termitomyces .Ultrafine grinding method combined with ultrasound is an ideal method for extract polysaccharide from black Termitomyces albuminosus .

摘要:为给生产厂家选择头孢菌素酶提供参考依据,探讨头孢菌素酶去除各种常见头孢菌素类抗生素抑菌性的能力。采用抑菌圈的方法,对比试验组和空白对照组头孢菌素酶对20种头孢菌素类和3种碳青霉烯类(培南类)药敏纸片去除抑菌性能力的大小,判断头孢菌素酶能否有效地水解各种头孢菌素β-内酰胺环的酰胺键,使其降低或丧失抑菌活性。结果表明,头孢菌素酶对大多数头孢菌素类抗生素均有较强的中和能力,对少部分如头孢曲松等有中和作用,但需要的酶量较大;对碳青霉烯类(培南类)作用很弱。%To provide the manufactures reference for choosing cephalosporinase as a neutrali-zing agent of cephalosporins ’ hygiene inspection , the ability of cephalosporinase removing commercial common cephalosporins ’ antibacterial abilitiy was investigated .Using cephalos-porinase as a neutralizer , the size of inhibiting zone of all kinds of cephalosporin sensitive test paper was observed after neutralization , which can judge the strength of hydrolysis ceph-alosporins’ beta lactam amide linkage leading to the reduce of antibacterial ability of cepha-losporins .Results indicated that cephalosporinase has great effect of neutralization on most kinds of cephalosporin .It also has effect on ceftriaxone , but need more amount of cephalos-porinase .The neutralization effect of cephalosporinase on carbapenems ( imipenem ) is very weak .
摘要:Using the WRF/CALPUFF coupled air quality model simulates a serious haze pollution weather to show distribution of PM2.5 concentration in Harbin during October 15 to 24, 2013.It showed that area occurred serious pollutions was located in municipal districts .It has a different degree of pollution in other counties . Weather conditions have an important influence on the smog pollution .During October 20 to 21 , 2013 , with calm wind, high temperature (highest 18℃, lowest 5℃), 98%relative humidity, the mixing layer height was less than 100 m in the night .A series of bad weather conditions cause this serious smog pollution , with air quali-ty level for level 6.The max concentration of PM2.5 was over 1 000 μg/m3 in municipal districts.%采用WRF/CALPUFF耦合模型,对哈尔滨市2013年10月15日~10月24日一次严重雾霾污染天气进行模拟,得到此次雾霾污染PM2.5质量浓度分布特征.模拟结果表明,由于“热岛效应”的存在发生严重污染的区域主要集中于哈尔滨市辖区内,周边区县存在不同程度的污染.气象条件也对本次雾霾现象产生重要影响,10月20日及21日两天,气温偏高(最高18℃,最低5℃)、相对湿度较大(98%)、夜间混合层高度小于100 m,伴随静风天气导致雾霾现象极其严重,空气质量等级为六级,市辖区内PM2.5质量浓度最大值超过1000μg/m3.
摘要:研究2株直链烷基苯磺酸钠( LAS)共代谢降解菌的降解动力学.分别对2株直链烷基苯磺酸钠共代谢降解菌克雷伯氏菌属(Klebsiella sp.)和肠杆菌属(Enterobacter sp.)进行研究,通过正交实验考察了其最佳降解条件,并进行降解动力学研究.当温度为30℃,pH值为7.5,装液量为50 mL时,最适合两株细菌降解LAS.其中菌株L-2在生长基质葡萄糖质量浓度为500 mg/L时,对50 mg/LLAS降解率为94.2%;菌株L-15在生长基质葡萄糖质量浓度为1000 mg/L时,对50 mg/LLAS降解率为92.2%;当LAS质量浓度在25~100 mg/L范围内,2菌株降解反应符合一级动力学特征.本研究可为全基质生活污水处理LAS废水提供一定的理论依据.%The degradation kinetics of co -metabolic biodegradation of two linear alkyl-benzene sulfonate ( LAS) strains was studied .Two bacterial strains which could degrade lin-ear alkylbenzene sulfonate by co -metabolism mechanism , named as L-2 and L-15 were determined to Klebsiella sp .and Enterobacter sp .The optimal degradation conditions of L -2 and L-15 were investigated by the orthogonal experiment .The results suggested that the degradation rate of LAS (50 mg/L) by L-2 was up to 94.2%when glucose was chosen as growth substrate under the conditions as:30 ℃, pH 7.5, glucose concentration 500mg/L, while the degradation rate of LAS (50 mg/L) by L-15 was up to 92.2%under the condi-tions as:30 ℃, pH=7.5, glucose concentration 1 000 mg/L.The degradation reactions fitted first order kinetics when the concentration of LAS ranged from 25 mg/L to 100 mg/L. Certain theoretical basis of the treatment of LAS wastewater was provided by this study .

摘要:针对项目组合风险,构建了基于L-V生态模型的项目组合风险预测模型;探讨了两项目组合风险系统平衡点性态和稳定性条件,用专家评分法给出项目组合风险权重值,得到两项目组合风险值,分析了随时间变化,两项目组合风险变化趋势;用Matalb数学软件数值模拟算例,验证了该模型有效性。%For project portfolio risk , the project portfolio risk prediction model based on the L-V ecological model was constructed .The systems of equilibrium behavior and stability conditions of two project portfolio risk were discussed .Portfolio risk weight was given value by expert grading method to get two projects portfolio risk .The change trend over time of two portfolio risk was analyzed .The numerical simulation example of Matlab mathematical soft-ware was used to verify the validity of the model .
摘要:图像超分辨率一直都是图像处理领域的研究热点,提出了把图像质量评价方法用于图像超分辨率的方法。把结构相似性度量用于块匹配,搜索图像块的相似块,利用找到的相似块的加权平均重构高分辨率图像。在低分辨率图像上进行了有噪声,无噪声情况下的两种实验,实验结果证明本文提出的方法在相同实验条件下比TV,Sparsity,Softcut取得了更好的结果。进一步分析实验可以发现用结构相似度搜索图像的相似块,使得重构后的图像更加充分地保留了原图像的结构信息。本方法提供了处理图像的新思路,使得对图像质量评价的研究和图像处理的研究可以结合起来共同推动图像处理方法的创新。%Image super -resolution is always an active research area of image processing . This paper proposed an image quality assessment method for image super -resolution .Used the structural similarity measurement for block matching , and made use of the weighted aver-age of similar blocks to reconstruct the new high -resolution image .The experiments showed that our method achieves better super -resolution results than TV , Sparsity and Softcut under the same conditions .The experiment results showed that the method proposed in this paper could remind the structure unchanged .This method provided a new way to handle images . The research in image processing could connect image quality assessment with traditional methods .
