以食品安全突发事件“浓缩乳清蛋白粉中检出肉毒杆菌”（以下简称“肉毒杆菌”）新浪微博网络舆情为研究案例，对网民评论的时空分布、舆论指向、网民态度及认证情况等方面特征进行了考察。研究发现，微博发布后1h内评论呈爆发增长；地区舆情数量与其互联网普及率有正相关关系，与突发事件相关性越高的地区舆论数量越多；突发事件网络舆情具有明显的去中心化的特征；微博内容影响评论的观点态度和舆情指向。%In this paper,based on emergency public opinion of 'Fonterra Botox' on Sina microblog,the spatial and temporal distribution of the netizen comments,opinions point,users attitudes and certification aspects of the case and other characteristics were investigated. Our main findings are that: The comments of a micro-blog published within one hour growth explosively;There is a positive correlation between Internet penetration and the number of its regional public opinion,the higher regions associated with the event,the more the number of public opinion in the region; emergency opinion has obvious characteristics of decentralized; micro-blog content affecting participants attitudes and public opinion point in discussions.
