The detection of sodium cyclamate in food was established with capillary column coupled with GC chromatography. Sodium cyclamate was extracted from food by the using of n-heptane, then derived and quantified by GC analysis. The working curve linearity relations was better, and the linear range was 5.0μg/mL-2 000μg/mL.The regression equation was y=870.9x+2.58(r=0.999 92), while the quality detection limit of 1.5μg/mL by using a method of 3 times of baseline noise. The method was simple,rapid,accurate, which was suitable for the determination of sodium cyclamate in food.%建立毛细管柱-气相色谱检测食品中甜蜜素的方法。采用正己烷萃取食品中的甜蜜素,样品经过衍生化处理后进行色谱定量分析。结果表明在5.0μg/mL~2000μg/mL浓度范围内线性良好,回归方程y=870.9x+2.58,r=0.99992,以3倍基线噪音确定检出限浓度1.5μg/mL。本方法简便、快速、准确,适用于食品中甜蜜素的测定。
