阿尔茨海默氏病是一种进行性的中枢神经系统退行性疾病。研究表明:植物多酚如茶多酚、原花青素、白藜芦醇、姜黄素等具有抗氧化、抗Aβ毒性、抗炎、抑制胆碱酯酶活性等作用,能在一定程度上改善阿尔茨海默氏病患者的认知功能,提高记忆力。本文就植物多酚防治阿尔茨海默氏病作用机制做一综述。% Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder affecting aged people. Many studies had shown that plant polyphenol extracts (e. g. tea polyphenols, procyanidins, resveratrol, and curcumin), which had a variety of biological activities such as antioxidant, anti-Aβ neurotoxicity, anti-inflammatory, and acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity in AD, may delay and extenuate the progressive loss of cognitive function of the elders to a certain extent. This review provided some possible neuroprotective mechanisms of plant polyphenols in AD.
