Pretreatment process was considered as the most time/power consuming and complicated step in food safety analysis. Development of new efficient time-saving pretreatment method will be the future goal. In this paper, a quick screening method based on MALDI-TOF-MS was developed to detect 25 fluoroquinolone drugs in milk. Sample and matrix were mixed together and spotted onto a MALDI plate, without further treatment, it can be directly analyzed by a MALDI-TOF-MS equipment. Eighteen fluoroquinolone drugs (among the 25) were detected by the method with a drug concentration over 0.05 mg/kg.%前处理过程是整个食品安全检测过程中最耗时耗力,最繁琐,并且最影响检测结果的一环。开发高效快速省时省力的前处理方法是未来的研究方向。本文建立基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF-MS)技术快速筛选牛奶中25中氟喹诺酮类药物残留的方法。将样品和基质混合点于靶板之上,直接进入基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱进行测定,省去了繁琐的前处理过程。当牛奶中氟喹诺酮类药物残留量超过0.05 mg/kg时,可以有效检测到25种氟喹诺酮类药物残留中的18种。
