青果果核油的提取及分析和应用研究

         

摘要

四川合江是青果生产的主要产地,青果的果核含有丰富的油脂,就果核油脂的提取技术、提取物成分以及利用进行了研究。实验表明从果核的果仁中提取油脂的提取率在50%左右;提取的油脂颜色淡黄,外观清亮、具有天然苦杏仁香味,且香味悠长纯正,并含有丰富的亚油酸含量达47%,有许多成分与食用橄榄油相似,但酸值、过氧化值高于国家食用橄榄油标准;不能作为食用油脂。由于所含油脂芳香,不饱和脂肪酸丰富,可作为高档洗涤剂的原料或提取亚油酸的原料。同时提取油脂的硬壳也含有一定的油脂和微量元素,可作为家用花肥加以利用。%Hejiang in Sichuan is the main producer of Canarium album. The stone of Canarium album is rich in oil. This paper investigated on several problems of oil from the kernel in stones of Canarium album, including extraction technique, component and utilization of extract. Experiments showed that extraction percent of oil was about 50%. With linoleic acid content up to 47%, the oil was a light-yellow color and clear liquid with a long and pure characteristic flavor and odor of armeniaca amara. Many components of the oil were similar to components of edible olive oil. The acid value and peroxide number of the oil were both higher than the value of nation standard for edible olive oil. So , it could not be counted as edible oil. Been a fragrant oil with rich unsaturated fatty acid, it could be used as raw materials of high-grade detergent or linoleic acid. The hard residue remaining after extraction of oil from the stone , with a certain amount of oil and trace elements , could be used as household fertilizers for potted flowers.
