山楂钙果复合运动饮料的研制及抗疲劳功能评测

         

摘要

The body will emit a lot of water and trace elements during strenuous exercise , if there is not nutritional supplement timely, it will lead to the body further fatigue after exercise, even lead to damage to body, therefore, the variation characteristics of sports body, choose fresh hawthorn, calcium fruit and other raw materials, the optimal prescription and technology condition with hawthorn fruit a compound beverage was determined by method of mathematical statistics , orthogonal test. Through the determination of the optimal conditions with hawthorn fruit compound beverage products , with hawthorn fruit can make the compound beverage, and the beverage production in line with national standards, in addition to the sports drinks, anti fatigue, anti-oxidation effects were tested, achieve the desired effect.%机体在剧烈运动过程中会排出大量水以及微量元素,如果在运动之后没有得到及时的营养补充将导致机体的进一步疲劳状态的出现,甚至导致机体受损,因此,针对体育运动机体变化特点,选用新鲜山楂、钙果等原料,通过数理统计、正交试验等研究方法确定山楂与钙果复合饮料的最佳配方和工艺条件。通过最佳条件下山楂与钙果复合饮料产品的测定可知,山楂与钙果能够制作复合饮料,且制作的饮料符合国家标准,另外对该运动饮料的抗疲劳、抗氧化等功效进行了测试,达到理想效果。
