研究核酸酶催化水解核酸生成核苷酸反应条件及用离子交换层析对核苷酸进行分离。最佳水解条件是：RNA的浓度为0.75%，反应液的pH为5，反应温度为55℃，水解时间为2 h；并把4种核苷酸初步分离开。%Conditionoptimization of nucleic acidhydrolyzation to nucleotidecatalyzed by nuclease and nu-cleotideseparation by ion-exchange column chromatography were studied in this article. The optimalhydrolyza-tion conditions were the concentration of RNA 0.75%,pH 5, temperature 55℃and time 2 h. Four nucleotides were preliminarily separated.
