Based on the theory of the organizational boundaries, this paper discusses the institute's property and role in promoting knowledge influence, provides a model about the role of cross-border organization in the national innovation system, including technical monitoring and predictable, membership classification management, incentive systems, academic conferences,publications, training and standards. Chinese institutes should strengthen theirs operation and management, especially promote the flow of knowledge, encourage innovation and standard-setting.%本文在组织边界理论基础上提出"跨边界组织"概念,分析了学会等跨边界组织的属性及其在国家创新体系中对知识交流与创新的促进作用,构建了跨边界组织在国家创新体系中的作用模型,包括技术监控与预见、会员分级管理、奖励制度、学术会议、出版物、培训和标准制定等.我国学会应加强自身运行与管理,积极拓展在国家创新体系中的知识流动、激励创新和标准制定的作用.
