As the strategic function of TNCs' R&D center China is changing, knowledge spillover is going to be an important location determining factor of R&D investment of TNCs in China. This paper studied the effect of knowledge spillover to the location choice of R&D investment of TNCs in China by using correlation analysis, factor analysis and linear regression. The results show that knowledge spillover is correlated with TNCs' R&D investment significantly. The impact factor of the knowledge spillover is much bigger than the traditional factors. Local government should enhance knowledge spillover ability and build up knowledge spillover system of the region in the future.%随着跨国公司在华研发机构战略职能的转变,知识溢出逐渐成为跨国公司研发区位选择的重要影响因素.本文以中国省市为空间样本,采用相关分析、因子分析和多元线性回归的计量方法,研究了知识溢出对跨国公司在华研发投资区位选择的影响.结果发现,跨国公司在华研发投资与知识溢出存在显著相关性,知识溢出对跨国公司研发投资的影响系数大于其他传统影响因素.地方政府在制定和改善我国引资结构的政策过程中,必须注重提高区域的知识溢出强度,加快构建区域研发知识溢出体系.
