安宁河西昌高原鳅胚胎发育初步研究

         

摘要

通过干法受精获得西昌高原鳅(Triplophysa xichangensis)受精卵,并观察了受精卵的胚胎发育过程。结果表明,西昌高原鳅受精卵遇水产生强粘性,胚胎发育共经历胚盘隆起、卵裂、囊胚、原肠胚、神经胚、器官形成、出膜前共7个阶段,在水温(22±0.5)℃情况下,受精卵经历78 h 孵出首尾仔鱼出膜,初孵仔鱼全长(4.13±0.12)mm,受精后93 h,50%仔鱼出膜,刚出膜仔鱼多沉在水底,偶尔作间隙性冲游。西昌高原鳅胚胎发育过程与其它鳅科鱼类基本相似,但其发育历程也具有种的特点,胚胎发育历时较长,孵出时器官分化程度较高。%Triplophysa xichangensis fertilized eggs were acquired by the way of artificial fertilization .And the development of fertilized eggs was described and photographed .As the result showed, the fertilized eggs were strongly adhesive after en -tering into the water.There were seven stages including the blastodisc , cleavage, blastula, gastrula, neurula, organo-faction and hatching stage.The embryonic development of fertilized eggs began to hatch after 78 hours under the water tem-perature of (22 ±0.5)℃.The total length of newly larval was (4.13 ±0.12)mm.After 93 hours of fertilization, there were about fifty percent larval fish hatched .At the beginning of hatching out , the larval almost lied in the bottom of water and rushed to the surface of water once in a while .Comparing to the other fishes Cobitidae , T.xichangensis embryonic de-velopmental stages were basically similar to them , but there were still some own characteristics during the embryonic devel -opment.It lasted for a long time of the embryonic development and the degree of organ differentiation was relatively higher .
