Science research project’s uncertainty and particularity determines the particularity and complexity of project quality control in implementation process, and its decision is a complex system management process. Based on the analysis of the particularity of research projects management in implementation process, it discusses organization and communication mechanism of research project quality management, and puts forward the quality management patternof the implementation process. Then, it discusses the coordination and control of project quality, cost and schedule. Finally, it provided suggestions to improve quality management effect of research project.% 科研项目的不确定性和作为管理对象的特殊性决定了科研项目实施过程的质量控制的特殊性和复杂性，其管理决策是一个复杂的系统管理过程。本文在分析了科研项目实施过程管理的特殊性的基础上，讨论了科研项目质量管理的组织形式和沟通机制，提出了科研项目实施过程的质量管理模式。讨论了科研项目质量、成本和进度等实施要素的控制协调，最后提出了提高科研项目实施过程质量管理效果的建议。
