某重型燃气轮机硬件在回路仿真平台转速部分的搭建与仿真研究

         

摘要

为了进一步验证重型燃气轮机控制系统的控制逻辑和性能,硬件在回路( hardware-in-the-loop,HIL)仿真测试平台的搭建工作是十分必要的。本文首先建立了某重型燃气轮机的高精度实时数学模型,然后采用变频器带动真实电机的方式搭建了该重型燃气轮机HIL仿真测试平台的转速部分。通过对比纯数字仿真与HIL仿真的实验结果,本文对控制系统进行了修改并得到更优的控制性能。由于HIL仿真测试平台搭建的原则是尽量的模拟电厂真实情况,所以本文对控制系统的优化过程也适用于试车调试,对未来缩短试车调试周期、节约开支、降低风险等方面有一定的指导意义。%In order to validate the control logic and performance for the control system of heavy-duty gas turbine, the construction work of simulation testing platform based on hardware in the loop( HIL) is necessary.Firstly, we set up a high precision mathematical model for heavy-duty gas turbines;secondly, we built the speed parts of HIL in the way of frequency converter driving motor.By comparing the experimental results of pure digital simulation with HIL simulation, we modified the control system and get a better control perform-ance.Since the principle of building HIL is to simulate the real situation of power plant, the optimization process for control system in this article also applies for commissioning debugging, which has certain guidance in the future for shortening the debug cycle test, sav-ing expenditure and reducing the risk , etc.
