孔子与中国名师的专业传统——以《论语》开篇话语为基础

         

摘要

As the first influential teacher in China, Confucius has left plentiful heritage of professional culture. According the beginning words in the Analects, the most important insights of Confucius' s professional culture give perfect answers to three essential pedagogical problems ; which are the origin of teaching, the value of pedagogy, and the difficulty of being a teacher. It was based on these answers that Chinese teachers witnessed their professional tradition which regards developing humanism orien- ted learning and practice community as the fundamental mission of pedagogies. This classical teacher professional tradition can provide lens of important significance for examining today' s teacher professional development movement in China.%孔子作为中国第一位名师留有丰富的专业文化遗产。《论语》开篇话语表明,孔子以自己的教育心得体会,深刻解答了教师或教育专业的三大基本问题,即教育的本源、价值与考验。后世中国名师因此形成专业传统,其核心精神是将培养追求仁道的学习与实践共同体,视为教师或教育专业的首要追求。孔子开创的教师专业传统,可以为反思中国近十年的教师专业发展运动究竟发展了教师的什么,提供具有重要历史参照意义的衡量点。
