The structure, composition, work processes and principles, application effect of turned grain machine were described in this paper. The application results showed that: using the turned grain machine could loose grain layer effective, reduce the moisture difference between grain layer, improve the ventilation and effect of cooling or drying, increase the grain storage stability, reduce the labor intensity and costs, so it is a ideal equipment for handling the condensation layer.%介绍了翻粮机的结构、组成、工作过程与原理,以及翻粮机在生产中的应用效果,应用表明:使用翻粮机可有效疏松粮层,缩小粮堆上下层的水分差,改善粮堆的通气状态,提高通风降温散湿效果和储粮稳定性,降低作业的劳动强度与费用,是处理粮面结露层的理想机械.
