化工原理课程讲究理论联系实际,指导学生通过学习单元操作的基本原理和相关设备来解决实际生产中的问题.现在通用的教学方法是逐个单元操作依次讲授,造成知识点分散,内容枯燥,学生学习的兴趣不高,有畏难情绪.本文提出以经典的化工生产工艺及设备为研究对象,涵盖主要的单元操作,把单元操作的知识无缝植入实际的生产过程中,解决生产中的实际问题,加强各单元操作间的联系,增加知识的趣味性,提高教学效果.%The principle course of chemical engineering emphasizes theory and practice, instructing students to solve problems in actual production by learning the basic principles of unit operation and related equipment. Now, the general teaching method is to be taught one by one, which results in scattered knowledge, boring content and low interest in learning. In this paper, with the classical chemical production technology and equipment as the research object, covering the main unit operations, the unit operation knowledge seamlessly into the actual production process, to solve the actual problem in production, strengthen the unit safely, increase the interesting knowledge, and improve the teaching effect.
