淫羊藿苷(ICA)为淫羊藿的主要有效成分,相关研究发现淫羊藿苷具有抗抑郁、改善缺血性脑损伤、抗痴呆、抗衰老等作用.近年来,ICA 在治疗阿尔茨海默病(AD)等中枢神经系统疾病的作用越来越受到人们的重视.ICA 具有很强的药理活性,主要是通过抗氧化应激、清除自由基、抗炎、抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶的活性以及抑制Aβ聚集等来发挥神经保护作用.本文就ICA对AD的改善及作用机制作一综述.%Icariin (ICA) is one of the most dynamic composition of Epimedium brevicornu Maxim, relative researches found that ICA has anti-depression, improving heart and cerebral vessels, anti dementia, anti-aging effect. Recently, more and more attention has been paid to the role of ICA in the treatment of central nervous system diseases such as Alzheimer's disease (AD). ICA has strong pharmacological activity, mainly through anti-oxidative stress, free radical scavenging, anti-inflammatory, inhibiting acetylcholinesterase activity and inhibition of Aβ aggregation to produce neuroprotective effects. Here, this paper making a summary of the effect and mechanism of ICA in AD.
