海通叶挥发油抑菌活性稳定性研究

         

摘要

目的:初步探究海通叶挥发油的抑菌活性稳定性研究,方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取海通叶挥发油,用滤纸片法测定挥发油的抑菌活性.结果:海通叶挥发油对金黄色葡萄球菌,大肠杆菌等3种受试菌的抑菌效果有较大差异,不同温度和不同时间的紫外光照射其抑菌活性的稳定性较好,随着pH的改变对其抑菌活性有较大影响.结论:结果表明海通叶挥发油对木霉的抑制作用相对较强,对革兰阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌的抑制作用相对较弱,因此探究海通叶挥发油的抑菌活性稳定性研究为海通叶挥发油资源开发利用提供理论依据.%Objective: To study the antibacterial activity stability of volatile oil from Leaves of Clerodendrum mandarinorum Diels. Methods: The essentialhe volatile oil of Leaves of Clerodendrum mandarinorum Diels was extracted by steam distillation and the antibacterial activity of volatile oil was determined by filter paper method. Results: The volatile oil of Clerodendrum mandarinorum Diels had significant antibacterial effect on the three kinds of tested bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus. The stability of the antibacterial activity was better under different temperature and different time. With the change of pH Its antibacterial activity has a greater impact. Conclusion: The results showed that the volatile oil from Leaves of Clerodendrum mandarinorum Diels on Trichoderma relatively strong inhibitory effect on Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria is relatively weak, so to explore the volatile oil from Leaves of Clerodendrum mandarinorum Diels stability of the study of Clerodendrum mandarinorum Diels Volatile oil resources to provide a theoretical basis for the development and utilization.
