摘要

以S-环氧氯丙烷为原料,经取代、还原、乙酰化合成利奈唑胺中间体(S)-N-[(3-(3-氟-4-溴苯基)-2-氧代-5-恶唑烷基)甲基]乙酰胺,并通过核磁共振确认其结构.该路线反应条件温和,原材料易得,操作简单,收率高,产物纯度高,成本低,适合于工业生产.%The intermediate of linezolid ((S)-N-[(3-(3-fluoro-4-acid phenylester)-2-oxo-5-oxazolealkyl)methyl] acetamide) was synthesized by the substitution,reduction and acetylation of S-oxazolidinone, whose structure was confirmed by NMR. The route with mild reaction conditions, easy-to-get raw materials, simple operation, high yield, as well as high product purity and low cost, is suitable for industrial production.
