本研究采用超声波提取法,对凤尾七有效成分的粗提取工艺进行了研究,利用正交试验法讨论了料液比、提取温度、提取时间、提取次数的影响,从而确定了主次关系为:超声提取料液比、超声提取次数、超声提取时间、超声提取温度,最后得出最佳的工艺条件:料液比为1:7.5,提取温度为60 ℃,提取时间为60 min,提取次数为3次.%The method of this researchis ultrasonic extraction, it extracted the effective component of ombre seven , using the orthogonal experiment method, discusses the material liquid ratio, extraction temperature, extraction time, extraction times, to determine the relationship between the primary and secondary:ultrasonic extraction and solid-liquid ratio, ultrasonic extraction, ultrasonic extraction, ultrasonic extraction temperature, time, and finally it is concluded that the best process conditions, material liquid ratio is 1:7.5, extraction temperature was 60 ℃, the extracting time for 60 min, extraction times for 3 times.
