全自动烷基汞分析仪和液相色谱-原子荧光光谱联用仪测定紫菜中的甲基汞含量

         

摘要

The content of methylmercury(MeHg) in laver was measured by automated methylmercury analytical system and liquid chromatography-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(LC-AFS), which was assessed the safety and quality of laver roughly. It showed that the linear relations were well, and the linearly dependent coefficient of automated methylmercury analytical system and LC-AFS were 0.9991 and 0.9998, the regression equation were y=369.22x-1779.9 and y=-5.1E+5x-29283, the detection limits of MeHg were 0.010mg/kg and 0.050mg/kg. The relative standard deviation of seven replicate tests were 2.77% and 3.64%.The detection values of the standard samples of MeHg were all in the range of identification values. The two methods were rapid,high sensitivity, low instrument cost and accurate, which was suitable for the determination of MeHg in laver.%采用全自动烷基汞分析仪和液相色谱-原子荧光光谱联用仪对紫菜中甲基汞含量进行测定,并通过紫菜中甲基汞的含量初步评估紫菜的安全性与品质.结果表明,在标准曲线范围内线性关系良好,全自动烷基汞分析仪和液相色谱-原子荧光光谱联用仪相关系数分别为0.9991和0.9998,回归方程分别为y=369.22x-1779.9和y=-5.1E+5x-29283, 甲基汞的方法检出限分别为0.010mg/kg和0.050mg/kg,7次重复性试验的相对标准偏差分别为2.77%和3.64%,甲基汞标样的检测值均在认定值范围(5.50±0.17mg/kg).两种方法简单快捷, 灵敏度高,低仪器成本,结果准确,适用于紫菜中甲基汞的测定.
