绝热层厚度对绝热层/衬层/推进剂界面的影响研究

         

摘要

测试了不同厚度绝热层的热失重率,制作了绝热层/衬层/推进剂矩形扯离试件,研究绝热层厚度对绝热层/衬层/推进剂界面的影响规律.结果表明,绝热层厚度在5 mm以内采用常规硫化工艺,就可以满足装药固化要求,推进剂界面附近不会产生气孔或裂纹;绝热层厚度超过5 mm,绝热层越厚,惰性小分子物质越难以逸出,则在推进剂固化过程中将会导致界面附近推进剂产生大量气孔或者裂纹.%By testing the thermal weightlessness rate of insulation blanket with various thickness and preparing thermal barrier/lining/propellant rectangular avulsion specimen, the thermal barrier thickness on the influence law of thermal barrier/lining/propellant interface is studied. The results showed that the insulation blanket with the thickness 5 mm in the conventional vulcanization process can meet the requirements of charging curing with no hole or crack in the interface of propellant .Contrariwise, much hole or crack may appear in the interface of propellant due to the inert molecules.
