测量不确定度是一种对测量结果可信程度的表示方法,影响测量不确定的因子主要有测量原理、方法、步骤、仪具、环境、人员、待测物等等,将这些影响不确定度因子对测量结果所产生的影响降至最低,是每一位计量人员共同努力的目标。通过液液萃取-气相色谱法测定水和废水中 PCB-206的分析,找出影响不确定度的因素,并对各个因素的不确定度进行评估,得出测量不确定度为0.118μg/L。%Measurement of uncertainty degree is method to determine the reliable degree of testing results. Factors influencing the uncertainty degree includes the principle of measurement, method, step, instrument, ambient, workers and testing sample. The common goal for metrology personnel is to minimize these factors. Factors influencing the uncertainty degree in testing PCB-206 in water by liquid-liquid extract and GC were analyzed, measurement uncertainty obtained is 0.118μg/L.
