中低合金钢中铬的测定与检测范围拓展的讨论

         

摘要

This study used inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) to determine the content of chromium in middle-low alloy steel via drawing calibration curve of standard solutions. Compared with chemical method of analysis, it was found that this method offered advantages in terms of lower matrix effect, wide linear range, good precision and reproducibility, simple and rapid determination etc. In addition, application of the method to measure chromium (mass fraction below 5 %) of the standard samples, it showed that the detection value agrees well with the certified value, in accordance with the deviation range.%  研究采用标准样品制备标准溶液绘制校正曲线,ICP-AES 法测定中低合金钢系列标准样品中铬含量。通过与化学分析方法作试验对比,发现本工作方法具有基体效应小,线性动态范围宽,精密度和重现性好,简便快速测定等优点。同时应用本工作方法测定 Cr 含量(质量分数5%以下)的标准样品,发现其检测值与认定值相符,符合偏差范围。
